Dynamic Work Design methodology offers a powerful framework for every professional to optimise workflows, solve real-time problems, and continuously improve processes. Through a real-world case study and hands-on activity, the participants will gain the knowledge and confidence to drive organisational efficiency and innovation.
 
Workshop Objectives: By the end of this 90 minute workshop, participants will be able to:
1. Define the core principles and benefits of Dynamic Work Design Methodology.
2. Analyse a real-world case study to understand how Dynamic Work Design is applied in practice.
3. Apply Dynamic Work Design principles to a business scenario.
4. Identify opportunities for improvement in their workplace.

Dr. Arezou PourMirza is a distinguished Senior Academic and Higher Degree Research (HDR) Supervisor at Torrens University Australia (TUA). Her academic journey is a testament to her dedication and passion, culminating in a PhD in Business Analytics and Information Systems from Deakin University Australia.

With over 20 years of professional experience, including 14 years in Australian academia, Dr. PourMirza brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Before her academic career, she held key roles in product development, marketing, and business analytics management across various sectors, collaborating extensively with domestic and international counterparts. Her diverse background uniquely positions her to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application.

In 2021, Dr. PourMirza achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first female academic in Australia to receive the MIT Advanced Certificate for Executives (ACE) in Management, Innovation, and Technology. She is committed to integrating practical insights into her teaching, ensuring that her postgraduate and HDR students receive a well-rounded education where practice and application are at the core. As an active member of international and national associations, Dr. PourMirza continues to inspire the next generation of professionals and make a significant impact in their lives.
