BRIANA ERTANIN President Briana is an accomplished professional with a hybrid skillset spanning business analysis, change management, project and delivery management. She has experience in hands-on delivery as well as leadership, coaching and mentoring. Briana is very passionate about the future of business analysis and the opportunities for professional upskilling with agile knowledge and experience. Briana is CBAP as well as certified in the newest IIBA certification – Agile Analysis Certification – IIBA® as part of the pilot group applicants worldwide. Briana was previously a Director of Marketing in the National Board of IIBA Australia. Before that Briana led the Education and Certification portfolio at the Sydney Branch of the Australian Chapter. |

HUGH PETERKEN Past President A key learning from his varied career is the importance of business analysis in any successful organisation. Hugh is currently a strategic business analysis consultant but started his career as an engineer, then became a senior manager in Telstra before moving overseas to take up a global Chief Information Officer role. Hugh has received international and domestic recognition including a Computerworld Laureate. He has always been a strong supporter of industry associations such as IIBA. Hugh has held roles as Brisbane and Australian Chair of The Institute of Engineering and Technology, and he is a past Chair of IIBA Brisbane Branch. His agendas within IIBA relate to ensuring that business analysts are properly supported to fulfil their potential in driving forward business success. In his work, he sees how strong business analysis capabilities are often the differential that drives project or service success. Within IIBA we have the opportunity to help our members develop their skills, networks and influence. |

GARRIE IRONS Vice President Garrie specialises in identifying and implementing technical solutions to business problems, coordinating the discovery of end-user and business owner information and steering the design of a solution through the business, project and technical processes. He has a sound understanding of both processes and technology, combined with a focus on the end-user experience and delivering solutions that provide value to the business. His work has primarily been in the public sector within both NSW state government and more recently the Federal Government. As a passionate practitioner within his discipline, Garrie has been giving back to his profession through volunteering as Events Manager for the IIBA Canberra Branch, including delivering sessions, managing registrations systems, marketing events, and coordinating resources as required by specific presenters. In 2018 this expanded to encompass the entire Australia Chapter. |

ANASTASIA GOLUBEVA Corporate Secretary With more than 20 years of experience in business analysis, Anastasia is experienced in all areas of business analysis from Strategic Analysis to Requirements Elicitation. Being in various roles from BA/ Senior BA to IT Consultant, Anastasia has hands-on experience with product ownership and change management. Throughout her career, Anastasia practiced business analysis in finance, health care, education and energy sectors. Anastasia's past role with Brisbane Branch was Education and Certification coordinator and she is passionate about mentoring and professional development opportunities for BAs. Since joining IIBA in 2012 Anastasia has achieved CBAP, CCA and CPOA certifications and conducted multiple CBAP/CCBA study groups in Brisbane, participating in most of the Brisbane events and BAPDs. |

TIM WRATHALL Certification and Education Director Tim is a Business Analysis practitioner and leader who partners with all business stakeholders to turn your needs into real business value. In a career spanning two decades, Tim knows how to understand your needs and define them in a way that shapes effective solutions to your problems. Tim has worked in Higher Education, Local Government, and Utilities. Tim has volunteered with the IIBA for the last three years in education, event, and branch support roles. In addition to his work experience, Tim is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and holds numerous Agile certifications. Tim holds an MBA and MISM from Swinburne University of Technology. |

LUIGI BINI Major Events Director Luigi is an experienced project manager, enterprise business analyst, and development lead. Approaching 2 decades of experience in IT systems development and implementation he focuses on maximising the customer experience to the point of being customer-obsessed. He has a passion for agile digital product development and enjoys maximising the efficiency of self-organising teams so that they are free to get on with "solving the problem." Luigi is a certified SCRUM MASTER and CBAP with a Combined Bachelor of Arts and Laws and a Bachelor of Information Systems. He is currently the Major Events Director on the IIBA Australia Chapter Board and is responsible for the newly minted Festival of Business Analysis. |

ARVIND ARCOT Director Arvind is a passionate leader and a proven professional with strong business relationship and stakeholder engagement skills honed through 20 years of consulting. He has extensive Banking, Finance and ICT sector experience, rounded out by experience in Government (Australian), Transport, Petroleum, Higher Education and Retail. He has been deployed on numerous consulting engagements throughout the Asia Pacific region, enabling him to engage in highly varied client organisations, both culturally and in relation to their core business. At IIBA, Arvind was previously the Melbourne branch chair before taking on the role as a Board Director. |

CARL SUDHOLZ Director Carl Sudholz is the founder of AGContext, a digital transformation consultancy that helps non-profit organisations leverage cloud software to reduce administration and streamline communication. Throughout his almost 20-year career, Carl has led and supported digital transformation projects for a wide range of organisations including Professional Associations, Allied Health and Government. Carl is a passionate advocate for the critical role of business analysis in helping organisations be more productive and sustainable. As Secretary of the International Institute of Business Analysis – Australia Chapter, Carl is leading his professional community in helping create a better world for all. |

WALTER YU Mentoring Director Walter is a senior business analyst experienced with the various delivery approaches from Agile to the SDLC approach. He had worked in various capacities across different industry domains. Besides his full-time role as a business analyst, Walter is a mentor in various mentoring programmes and an adjunct faculty.
