Glenn is a recognised global expert in the creation and maturity of Business Analysis Centres of Excellence, Glenn has helped clients accross all industry verticals in both the public and private sectors.
His approach to maturing requirements management and development capabilities focuses efficiencies to be realised across all organisational facets.
As a Certified Scrum Master, CBAP, CSM, SMC, SPOC & AGBA, Glenn is a proven leader that is most passionate about the ever changing dynamics of a culture that is shifting towards an Agile environment.
Glenn is afforded a rare global reality-based perspective of BA and proven guidance on how to overcome geographic, cultural and barriers.
Glenn has been actively involved in the IIBA Australian Chapter for many years, and has led the Sydney branch as Chair.

|Treasurer - Susan Webb
I’ve been volunteering with the IIBA Perth chapter for 5 years, the last 3 in the position of Chair, so I understand how the organisation works at a practical level.
I’m the Principal Practitioner for Business Analysis at DDLS, and I am also a Business Intelligence specialist, with experience in Finance, Education and ICT.
I believe I can use this experience in these disciplines to help guide the IIBA Australian Chapter to make better strategic and tactical financial decisions moving forward and gain better insights into all aspects of the chapter.
|Secretary - Dorothy Luther
As secretary, my main role is to maintain the legal & official documents of the association. This includes the organisation’s bylaws, constitution and the Board’s policy statements. The secretary also organises the board meetings, preparing the agenda, taking minutes & conducting any correspondence. While this may seem a mundane role, it is important to ensure that the association is professionally administered for the benefit of all members.
I have many years’ experience as a business analyst in a variety of industries. Since retirement, I continue my interest in my profession by tutoring at university to pass on my skills & knowledge to younger generations. This also keeps me up to date with the latest theories & research trends.
|Certification & Education - Cora Stapleton
Cora has a passion for business analysis and excellence. After graduating with a master’s degree in Computer Science Cora has held many project delivery roles across government, wealth management, mining and manufacturing. She enjoys helping businesses do business better through building and developing business analysis capability to the BABOK® gold standard. In March 2017 she established a business analysis practice consultancy service and currently consults within a government agency setting up a BA Centre of excellence. Prior to that she built up a team of business and process analysts through mentoring and coaching within BT Financial Group.
Cora is CBAP certified and after volunteering at a branch level has since 2012 held the Certification and Education director role with IIBA Australia. She has rolled out a standardised BABOK® Study group nationally, changed over study group to V3 BABOK® and presented at both national conferences and local business analysis events. She is a devoted BABOK® advocate and is looking forward to extending the education and certification branch services nationally.
|Events - Peter Stanford
Peter has an extensive and varied background, gained over more than 45 years, in business and IT including roles in Technical, Sales, Marketing, General Management, and as a University lecturer. Peter established Novell’s operations in Australia, was Managing Director of Apricot Computers and Regional Director Asia Pacific for SCO.
He has a Master of Computing Degree (Software Engineering) and is the co-author of a University text titled "Practical System Development - a Project-Based Approach". Peter has worked as a developer, a solution architect, as the lead BA and Project Manager for the NSW Police Forensics project and has undertaken many assignments as a process modelling and process improvement expert.
Peter is keen to mentor up-and-coming BA’s through study groups, to pass on his knowledge and experience, and to build on the excellent events already in place to make them even more rewarding and relevant to the IIBA Australia community.
|Marketing - Alissha Barrois
Alissha is an experienced Digital Business Analyst lead, managing a team of business analysts within a large Global organisation. Alissha is extremely passionate about agile development methodologies and exploring the ways in which Business Analysts add value into fast paced dynamic teams. Alissha is also a keen user experience enthusiast and is working with her organisation to develop models to grow the UX capability and design thinking models within the Business Analysis group.
As a part of the Business Analyst competency team, Alissha works within her organisation to promote and encourage the growth of Business Analysis, including promotion and adoption of core IIBA tools, such as the IIBA Competency Model, BABOK and actively participating in IIBA Branch events.
Alissha is keen to bring her Digital experience and can-do attitude to the marketing director role, to ensure we're engaging with our members in the most effective ways and working together with the branches to grow the IIBA Australia chapter.
|Partnerships - Anita Halse
Anita has deep knowledge and broad experience in the analysis, modelling, and implementation of process modelling software and ERP systems. First in South Africa and now in Australia, Anita has worked extensively in the banking, finance, mining, and petrochemical industries in a wide range of roles in support, operations, and enterprise architecture.
This work has given Anita significant practical experience in the application of process management techniques from strategy to implementation across the entire ARIS Process Platform and SAP Solution Manager. Her work has included many aspects of business analysis, integration, model development, repository management, and release cycle management.
Anita is passionate about giving back to the BA community and education of upcoming BA professionals.
|Workforce - Shefali Bali
Shefali brings over 10 years of Business Analysis experience specialising in process improvement and implementation of financial systems. She has a passion for sharing the knowledge of the Business Analyst role and promoting the importance of that role in every aspect of delivery. Shefali is a natural collaborator and engages people at all levels in organisations. She leads teams to success through focusing on the organisation strategy and understanding the real problems to be solved.
Carl Sudholz is the Founder and Principled Leader of AGContext and an industry leader in data-driven technology in agriculture. With more than 15,000 hours in the design and delivery of data-driven systems Carl has built decision support systems for government, emergency services and agribusiness.
Over the last 15 years, he has worked with a broad range of technologies including Oracle, Amazon, Microsoft, ESRI and Open Source. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science, Masters of Sustainable Practice and Certifications in Project Management and Business Analysis.
