About Maria Monthomery:

Maria Montgomery is a renowned leader, trainer, facilitator, and coach that has trained over 100 individuals to strengthen their skills for higher performance. She has been running results-driven mentorship programs since 2014, tailored to individual and team needs, is a passionate speaker, and actively writes articles for the medium publication.

Maria is an individual and team capability-building expert who has a Certified Professional Life Coach, Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Practitioner accreditation, a degree in Business IT, and a master’s in accounting. With well over a decade of leading challenging and complex business transformations and owning her own business, she has done the hard yards, so you can learn to apply her experience and be successful.

Maria’s presentations are not just about the theory and certification – she highlights practical strategies and steps to apply these in the real world and successfully achieve your personal and team goals. Her focus areas are facilitation, training, problem-solving, stakeholder management, business analysis, and building a center of excellence for delivery teams. She is passionate about working with people to solve problems and supports making purposeful decisions while seeing the big picture. When she is not managing and coaching her clients, she enjoys spending time with her two children and husband, working out at the gym, pilates, and reading a good book.
