What does it take to succeed?. In this 45 minute, engaging presentation, Craig will discuss what it takes to be a perfect BA from the perspective of the Product Owner. He will explore the hard and soft skills that BAs need to have to succeed in working well with product owners in today's every changing environment,PLUS share with you the 3 biggest de-railers to avoid.

About Craig:

Craig Hopper, has a 30-year career in business. He has lead 2 different billion-dollar commercial and product teams, been CEO of an internet of things startup, and is currently leading a large global digital product team at Cochlear, where he is also head of the Product Owner's Guild. He has also worked as a consultant at Accenture, and for corporates such as Optus and General Electric. He won the same scholarship to UNSW that Mike Cannon-Brookes and Scott Farquhar (founders of Atlassian) did.

He has spoken for audiences all over the world, including a crowd of thousands on stage at the ICC here in Sydney.

He lives in Sydney and is a father, husband, carer and a slave to his cat, Timmy.
