IIBA® Melbourne brings to you an online event, where speakers Dan Warby and Paul Francis will discuss the perspective from a BA to the Sponsor/Business Users.

The focus of this conversation will be on how we can utilise some CX techniques to elicit requirements and how they are more valid than the BA sitting there and "taking orders".
