Sarah Goldring has a passion for Business Analysis having led and transformed large Organisational Business Analyst practices for many years.
Sarah has been an Agilist from way back supporting organisational transformation through Product Discovery and Product delivery. She has a passion to ensure delivery is set up for success by embracing less familiar techniques to support product discovery from ideation and ensure delivery is anchored to the correct Minimal set of features.
She has most recently led the ANZ NWOW transformation by designing the operating model, organisational design, roles and capability alignment. This involved 5000 people across the globe.
Natalie Aurora is CBAP certified with over 16 years of experience in product discovery and product delivery on large transformational projects. Natalie has transformed business analysis through establishing Practice capability and embedding an Agile mindset.
Natalie is a firm believer in customer centricity, she possesses the skills to ensure that the value of any initiative is well understood and remains at the forefront during delivery. Natalie brings an innovative mindset as well as the ability to draw on industry best practice. She is a firm believer in the value of agility, speed and the process of test and learn to rapidly produce customer value.
