Across a 25-year career spanning government, defence, education, utilities, mining and resources, and the private sector, Ben has built a reputation for translating complex, ambiguous problems into requirements and solutions that get adopted - not just delivered.
Michael Renner is now approaching 20 years working in the Australian Public Service with the Australian Taxation Office, where he has honed his domain knowledge in a diverse collection of roles. He has worked as a systems analyst maintaining tax risk treatment models, a data analyst supporting agile release trains, a process analyst delivering Robotic Process Automation solutions, and co-authored internal training for ATO business analysts influenced by IIBA best practice and APS job specific skills.
