Explore how Business Analysts and Project Managers can work together to reduce uncertainty, strengthen decision-making and deliver better project outcomes at this event hosted by PMI and IIBA Adelaide.

About the Event

Every successful initiative relies on navigating uncertainty, yet Project Managers and Business Analysts often view that challenge through distinct lenses. While Business Analysis focuses on reducing uncertainty around whether we are solving the right problem, Project Management focuses on reducing uncertainty around whether we can successfully deliver the solution.

Join the PMI Adelaide Chapter and IIBA Adelaide Chapter for an engaging collaborative panel session exploring how these two vital disciplines work together—not as competing approaches, but as complementary capabilities that progressively build confidence in project outcomes.

Rather than diving into rigid methodologies, this session steps back to look at the purpose behind our practices. Our panel of expert PM and BA professionals will discuss how governance, stakeholder engagement, planning, analysis, and execution collectively reduce project risk and drive real business value.
