With over 22 years of experience in the IT/software industry, Raj is a versatile and accomplished business analyst and a delivery lead at Avanade Australia. Based out of Canberra, Raj specialises in delivering complex Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and M365 Copilot based solutions. Raj has presented at prominent global conferences, including the 2024 IIBA SoftEd Festival of Business Analysis and IIBA Global Business Analysis Day, where his presentation on "A Day in the Life of an AI-Enabled Business Analyst" was highly acclaimed. Raj champions the practical application of AI in business analysis through his weekly "Hey BA!" series, providing valuable insights and actionable strategies for business analysis professionals.
