With over two decades of experience as an IT and software professional, Raj is a versatile and accomplished Business Analyst, Solution Architect, and Delivery Lead. Based in Canberra, Australia, he specialises in delivering complex Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and M365 Copilot–based solutions for Australian government clients. Over the past few years, Raj has led initiatives focused on enabling AI tools and strategies within Australian government organisations. He has presented at prominent global conferences, industry associations, and Business Analysis communities of practice.
