About the Event
Many of us take on commitments with the best of intentions—but still find ourselves overwhelmed, rushing at the last minute, or delivering below our own standards.
In this session, you will explore why that happens—not as a problem of discipline, but as a result of how you manage commitments, attention, and decisions.
The session introduces six distinct personas that represent common patterns of avoidance and delay, helping you recognise your own tendencies and understand how these patterns impact your follow-through and outcomes.
Through a set of practical practices, you will:
- Recognise patterns that lead to overcommitment and last-minute pressure
- Identify your dominant avoidance persona and its impact on your work
- Improve your follow-through on what truly matters
- Move from constant busyness to more deliberate and effective work
The focus is on simple, workable shifts that you can apply immediately in a professional context—helping you align your daily actions with meaningful goals and sustained productivity.
