The IIBA® Melbourne Branch is proud to host the June event on  'Requirements Management on Large Programs of Work'.
Ian Rutherford will present an approach to translate the initial briefing from a large program into a traceable requirement structure for delivery.


This session will discuss the overall concepts behind requirements development for a program and what approaches and tools can help support developing the requirement structure for delivery.

Speaker Biography

Ian Rutherford is a Senior BA with strong skills in facilitation, leading and developing business requirements.
He has an extensive CRM experience with Onyx Software and Salesforce.com. He has worked in number of CRM implementations in Banking and Finance, Government, Contact Centre, Advertising, IT and Manufacturing sectors.
His recent work involves developing requirements for sales, service, reporting and data migration over three years on a large CRM program and writing technical user stories for API development.
Ian has also worked in consulting roles for software delivery and brings a marketing and finance background prior to his IT career.
