For the first time in Sydney, three global institutions, the International Institute of Business Analysts (IIBA), the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Change Management Institute (CMI), will join in collaboration to bring their members and guests an explorative learning opportunity.

In this exciting and joint event, Arvind Tyagi will take an expected audience of 300 professionals through a presentation of our changing world, and lead the discussion on Going Digital, a case study in which key barriers to change and project initiatives are explored. He will demonstrate his innovative ‘snakes and ladders’ game approach to identifying key barriers across an organisation.
Arvind Tyagi is a technology savvy, forward-looking transformational leader with rich experience in the private and public sectors. He has worked with reputed multinationals for over 20 years, managing large teams and has been in leadership positions with the Commonwealth and State Governments.

Arvind is known for bringing success to several strategic organisational projects through his contributions. Recent ones include: Transport Access Program (560 projects, multi-billion-dollar capital outlay); Housing Affordability Agenda of the NSW Government ($4.2 billion) and program management of Planned Precincts within his current Department.

Arvind brings a multidisciplinary and innovation-driven approach to addressing strategic issues. He holds an MSc, MBA, Master of Ecommerce, Bachelor of Laws and Associate CPA. He is a certified risk manager, certified internal auditor, accredited Project Director and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Managers and Leaders.

Arvind advocates for a people-driven, innovation-led approach to strategic change and transformation. He believes that, to achieve positive and sustainable change, organisations must operate in an ethical, values-based environment and it is the role of the leadership to take people along the change journey. He also believes that the workplace must be a fun place too and he is always there to share a good laugh.
