Samantha Bosman

Samantha is an associate director in our Technology and Payroll Advisory Team. Samantha is a dedicated, results-driven consultant skilled in payroll advisory, business process improvement and strategic planning with experience leading projects and coordinating deliverables with a range of stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. A key strength is using her excellent communication and interpersonal skills to optimise collaboration, creative problem solving, decision-making and conflict management.
Samantha has experience spanning private sector national retail organisations, public sector entities, state and federal priority projects and in franchising models.
Samantha excels at business process analysis and improvement, advising and supporting teams to ensure organisational effectiveness is aligned to business strategy, and reflecting these objectives in the policy and procedure documentation suite.
