About The Growth Lab: BABOK Made Real workshop series
The Growth Lab: BABOK Made Real is an immersive, practice-driven series designed to bring the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) to life through real scenarios, collaborative exploration, and hands-on application. Rather than learning the BABOK as a static framework, participants experience it as a dynamic toolkit for solving complex organisational challenges.
Across the sessions, participants will:
- Demystify the BABOK Knowledge Area by exploring how it shows up in real projects, decisions, and conversations.
- Apply techniques in context, using case studies, facilitated activities, and guided experimentation to build confidence and capability.
- Connect analysis to outcomes, understanding how elicitation, modelling, requirements, strategy, and evaluation work together to create value.
- Build practical, transferable skills that strengthen performance across roles—whether in strategy, delivery, product, or change.
- Reflect on mindset and growth, developing the analytical curiosity, empathy, and adaptability that underpin high-impact business analysis.
