About the Event
Sue Anderson is a leadership speaker, author and creator of the Feedback Fitness Framework, helping leaders and organisations move from feedback fear to feedback fitness. In this interactive session, Sue shares her personal story of taking feedback personally and peppers it with practical strategies everyone can use to build confidence, strengthen psychological safety and turn feedback conversations into opportunities for growth and higher performance. Sue speaks on leadership, communication, empowerment and feedback culture, with sessions designed to help leaders build trust, navigate challenging conversations and create Feedback Fit teams and workplaces.

Meet the Facilitator: Sue Anderson
Sue Anderson is a Speaker, Author, Coach and Trainer specialising in resilience, communication and empowerment. Sue has created the unique Feedback Fitness framework that helps leaders and teams move from a place of feedback fear to a "Feedback Fit" culture. This means that organisations can have courageous and confident conversations that enhance performance. Sue has worked across many industries, including with leaders in government, education and training, manufacturing, mining, electricity, waste services, transport, healthcare and finance. She is the author of three books, including ‘Feedback Fitness.’
