Anne is a Product Manager with 10+ years’ experience managing complex, high-impact products across public and commercial sectors. She combines strong technical foundations (Master of Engineering) with expertise in managing products critical to public safety, environmental management, and water security.
Anne has led and contributed to major portfolios including digital water metering at Kamstrup, and space weather, aviation, and water services at the Bureau of Meteorology. She has been recognised for strengthening the Bureau's product management capability through improved governance, lifecycle management, and value delivery.
A Certified AIPMM Product Manager with international experience, Anne is currently undertaking an MBA to further deepen her strategic and financial leadership.
Gaurav Kathuria is the Founder and Principal Trainer at Business Analysis Upskill, with over 25 years of experience across Software Design & Architecture, Business Analysis, and Product Management.
An IIBA® Premium Training Partner and CBAP®-certified practitioner, he delivers practical, real-world Business Analysis training and helps professionals prepare for globally recognised BA certifications.
Gaurav actively contributes to the BA community through university lectures, industry meetups, speaking engagements, and mentoring aspiring and experienced business analysts.
He is a contributing author to the recently published book “The Evolving Analyst” and shares insights via his YouTube channel.
As a speaker, corporate trainer, and coach, Gaurav helps business analysts build practical skills, gain credibility, and grow their professional presence beyond traditional resumes.
