IIBA Melbourne welcomes Aden Date for this online masterclass in creative thinking.

About the Event

The secret to thinking differently is learning to see how you're already thinking.

Business analysts are trained to be rigorous, methodical, and precise, and that's exactly what makes it hard to step outside the frame.

This workshop is a live, experiential break from business-analysis-as-usual, designed to help you see how you're thinking so you can communicate and influence. Minimal theory, minimal fluff. Drawing on the principles of cognitive science we'll actively explore creative thinking through experiential learning.

You'll walk away with fresh, hot insights for thinking more innovatively so that you can have the kind of impact and insight that process alone can't deliver.

Outcomes:

  • Understand the relationship between the cognitive science of insight and innovation
  • Better identify your own barriers to thinking innovatively
  • Have a few practical tools for thinking innovatively.
