Moderator: Luigi Bini
Luigi is an experienced project manager, enterprise business analyst, development lead and the current President of IIBA Australia Chapter. Approaching 2 decades of experience in IT systems development, custom software development and digital transformations, he focuses on maximising the customer experience to the point of being customer-obsessed.
He has a passion for agile digital product development and enjoys maximising the efficiency of self-organising teams so that they are free to get on with "solving the problem."
Luigi is a certified SCRUM MASTER and CBAP with a Combined Bachelor of Arts and Laws and a Bachelor of Information Systems.
He has been an IIBA member since 2008, and a member of the Australia Chapter board since 2021, and was previously the Major Events Director responsible for the IIBA Festival of Business Analysis (FoBA).
