About the Event
This session is a hands-on demonstration of how Business Analysts, Product owners and Project Managers can use M365 Copilot to augment refinement and sprint planning responsibly. Using realistic delivery scenarios, the demo shows how AI can assist with refining requirements, improving consistency, generating user stories, and preparing a sprint-ready backlog, while keeping human judgement firmly in control.
The emphasis is on the responsible and ethical application of AI. Participants will learn effective strategies for leveraging AI in preparation for common business analysis tasks, overcoming writer’s block, and improving efficiency to allocate more time to high-value activities. This practical demo equips BAs and PMs with examples they can apply immediately, reinforcing their role as responsible stewards of AI-enabled ways of working.
