Susan Yu is the current Director of Volunteer engagement of the IIBA Australia Chapter, having previously served as the Sydney chair, Marketing Director of the same organisation. She is also the BA Practice Lead at Levande Australia, where she champions AI-augmented business analysis. With over 35 years of experience as a technology consultant, Susan has worked with some of the largest organisations in the world, including IBM, Accenture, Commonwealth Bank, Optus, and Flexigroup. Her expertise and strategic insights have been instrumental in driving technological advancements and fostering innovation within these organisations.
Susan's contributions extend beyond the corporate sphere. She is a respected community leader and has made significant impacts within the Chinese community in Australia. She founded the National Institute of Chinese Education and co-founded STEAM Education Australia, promoting holistic and innovative after-school programs aimed at fostering a love for science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics among young learners. As a futurist and technology consultant, Susan envisions a future of limitless possibilities. She firmly believes in humanity's potential to upgrade itself through embracing change, innovation, and technology.
