Aimed at all levels of professionals practicing business analysis, this event seeks to gather those with a desire for advancing their skills, keeping up with current industry trends and networking with likeminded individuals.
The 1 day conference will be hosted in October 2016 at the following locations:
• Brisbane
• Melbourne
• Perth
Gain valuable recognition and connections as a speaker by joining this premier event.
In addition, all Presenters will receive free access to the conference program and exhibitions, plus exposure on the Business Analysis Professional Day and IIBA Australia Chapter websites.

Event format

Each conference will be structured slightly differently to meet the needs of the local business analysis community. Depending on the regional conference size, multiple concurrent streams will be offered throughout the day to support different skill levels and interests.

We are on the lookout for new and innovative subject matter which is relevant to the field of business analysis in the form of case studies, best practices, emerging trends and tips and tricks.
With a focus on tangible information that attendees can apply immediately, the conference sessions will be delivered to a mixture of small and large audiences and take the following formats:
  • Symposium sessions - 60 minutes in duration these sessions should allow for at least 10 minutes of audience participation in the form of Q&A, debate or other interaction.

  • Workshop sessions – 120 minutes in duration these engaging sessions should include hands on opportunities for attendees to participate in activities designed to put learnings into practice.

  • Quick Bites - 20 mins in duration these short, focused talks and demonstrations will be offered throughout the day in parallel to the main program. Spotlighting a single idea, the sessions will foster learning and provoke conversation.

There will also be a select number of invited speakers / keynotes at each location.
