LUIGI BINI
Luigi is an experienced project manager, enterprise business analyst, and development lead. Approaching 2 decades of experience in IT systems development, custom software development and digital transformations, he focuses on maximising the customer experience to the point of being customer-obsessed.
He has a passion for agile digital product development and enjoys maximising the efficiency of self-organising teams so that they are free to get on with "solving the problem."
Luigi is a certified SCRUM MASTER and CBAP with a Combined Bachelor of Arts and Laws and a Bachelor of Information Systems.
He has been an IIBA member since 2008, and a member of the Australia Chapter board since 2021, and was previously the Major Events Director responsible for the IIBA Festival of Business Analysis (FoBA).

ANASTASIA GOLUBEVA
With more than 20 years of experience in business analysis, Anastasia is experienced in all areas of business analysis from Strategic Analysis to Requirements Elicitation. Being in various roles from BA/ Senior BA to IT Consultant, Anastasia has hands-on experience with product ownership and change management. Throughout her career, Anastasia practiced business analysis in finance, health care, education and energy sectors. Anastasia's past role with Brisbane Branch was Education and Certification coordinator and she is passionate about mentoring and professional development opportunities for BAs.
Since joining IIBA in 2012 Anastasia has achieved CBAP, CCA and CPOA certifications and conducted multiple CBAP/CCBA study groups in Brisbane, participating in most of the Brisbane events and BAPDs.

Briana Ertanin is an experienced board director and strategic leader with a professional background in finance, business architecture, and organisational transformation. She brings a strong governance mindset, commercial acumen, and a commitment to sustainable, purpose driven leadership.
Briana has served on multiple boards, with extensive experience working alongside membership based and community focused organisations. She is passionate about ensuring that diverse perspectives inform strategic priorities and that accountability and trust remain central to governance.
As a Business Architect and Practice Manager, Briana specialises in translating strategy into execution. She has guided enterprise wide transformations, aligning capabilities and operating models to deliver measurable outcomes and maintain relevance in evolving environments.
Briana is recognised for her collaborative approach, long-term volunteering, strong ethical framework, and dedication to positive community impact.

Abi Sachithanantham is an accomplished professional specializing in Delivery Leadership and Digital Transformation, armed with practical expertise spanning BABOK and Agile Extension knowledge domains. With a rich career spanning over a decade, Abi has showcased her mastery in steering Agile business analysis and delivery, data governance, ICT capability uplift, and transformative digital initiatives across a spectrum of industries, encompassing both government and private sectors.
Prior to joining the National Board, Abi was Chair for the Brisbane Branch from December 2021.

With a passion for business analysis and experience across differing industries and organisations, Evan is an enthusiastic voice for the practice within South Australia. Previously, he volunteered in the role of Chairperson of the Adelaide IIBA Branch, where he demonstrated the value of the business analysis capability throughout South Australian organisations.
Through coaching and mentoring, Evan helps aspiring and developing Business Analysts become more confident and skilled in underlying competencies that build strong foundations for success.

Her prior experience serving on boards complements her deep expertise in marketing and sales, making her a valuable asset for organizational governance and strategic direction. SUSAN YU
Susan Yu has previously served as Sydney Chair of the IIBA Australia Chapter, and Marketing Director of the same organisation. She is also the BA Practice Lead at Levande Australia, where she champions AI-augmented business analysis.
With over 35 years of experience as a technology consultant, Susan has worked with some of the largest organisations in the world, including IBM, Accenture, Commonwealth Bank, Optus, and Flexigroup. Her expertise and strategic insights have been instrumental in driving technological advancements and fostering innovation within these organizations.
Susan's contributions extend beyond the corporate sphere. She is a respected community leader and has made significant impacts within the Chinese community in Australia. She founded the National Institute of Chinese Education and co-founded STEAM Education Australia, promoting holistic and innovative after-school programs aimed at fostering a love for science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics among young learners.
As a futurist and technology consultant, Susan envisions a future of limitless possibilities. She firmly believes in humanity's potential to upgrade itself through embracing change, innovation, and technology.
